When we saw that the Omicron stools were marked down from "retail" price of $300 down to about $50 ($100 for the pair), we thought it looked like a great deal based on the picture. After seeing them up close, they are still a good deal if you can get them for around $50 each. But, after sitting in $200 bar stools in the store, the Omicron stools are not nearly the same quality. The seats are slightly smaller than other stools, and they would better suit someone under 150 pounds. If you are a little larger, you may want to spring for a more heavy duty stool than these. |
